Career Designer for Organisations

Career support your people will actually use

A structured career development system for senior professionals, funded by the organisation and worked privately by the individual. Provided through access codes, invoiced simply, live within a day.

Departures

A better standard of exit support

Traditional outplacement is priced per person in the thousands, so most organisations reserve it for the most senior leavers and give everyone else a workshop and a CV template. Career Designer changes that arithmetic. A year of full access costs less than a single coaching session, which means every departing professional can take a complete system with them: clarity on what they know and what they want, tested routes, a plan they will run, and support through exit and arrival. How an organisation handles departures is remembered longer than almost anything else it does. This is a way to be remembered well.

Development

Career development people direct themselves

The professionals most likely to leave are the ones who cannot see a future where they are. Career Designer gives them a structured way to examine that question properly, including the case for growing where they are. Provided as an organisation-funded benefit, it signals that the organisation takes careers seriously without requiring HR to run a programme. Individuals work at their own pace; the organisation funds access and nothing more.

Confidentiality

Funded by the organisation, private to the individual

The organisation pays for access. The individual’s work, answers and plans remain private to them. No reporting on content, no visibility of profiles, no exceptions. This is what makes the system usable: people do honest work on their careers only when nobody is reading over their shoulder.

How it works

Tell us how many people you want to support. We invoice the organisation and issue access codes, one per person, valid for twelve months of full access. You distribute the codes; each person redeems theirs and begins. Volume pricing is agreed by conversation rather than published, because the right structure depends on numbers and context.

Career support can be included within a settlement agreement in the same way as traditional outplacement. If you are an employee negotiating an exit, Career Designer access is a straightforward line to include.

We also work with business schools and alumni teams providing career design support to their communities.
