The platform
One workspace for your next career move
Everything you add builds one Career Profile.
Career Designer holds the Career Design Model as working software: 5 Stages, 15 Components and 19 Tools, worked in order. The later stages draw on what the earlier ones produce. Your CV is generated from your Career Profile, and roles are scored against it. Confidential, and at your own pace.
01
Awareness
Your career so far, drafted from your CV and LinkedIn profile.
Expertise
A skills inventory: your hard and soft skills, each rated at the level you hold. Your CV and Career Profile draw on it.
Experience
Your career history as three lists: roles held, education and certifications. Each role opens into its own editor.
Successes
Past wins, captured one by one, each tied to a career phase and a year. Capture five and the system finds the patterns across them.

02
Aspirations
Defining the career you intend to create.
Flow
A log of the moments you were at your best, five short fields each, analysed for patterns that show the work to build your next decade on.
Vision
Three drafting Tools: the job you want in five years, the retirement speech you want to earn and a vision board. The system writes first drafts, and you edit and finalise them.
Milestones
Goal cycles: pick a period, set up to six projects with goals against each, then review what was achieved.
03
Alignment
Testing aspiration against the market.
Pathways
A map of the routes open to you, each scored against your Career Profile. Start it from your profile or from blank.
Roles
Target roles assessed and scored against your Career Profile, compared side by side.
Development
Three parallel five-year plans: Current, Backup and Perfect. Each shows your capability gaps and how that plan closes them.
04
Action
Taking the chosen route to market.
Branding
An Executive CV generated from your Career Profile and tailored to each target role. It includes suggestions for each section, version history and export to Word and PDF in a choice of layouts, including one built for applicant tracking systems. Beside it, a 12-section LinkedIn checklist with drafting fields for your headline and about section.
Networking
Your networking purpose and elevator pitch, and a contact list plotted on a nine-cell priority matrix.
Applications
A pipeline of the roles you’re pursuing, with interview rounds tracked inside each application, alongside a job search plan.

05
Activation
Landing the move well.
Exit
Structured guidance across six themes of leaving well, from your resignation narrative to the relationships to preserve, with your own record written against it.
Entry
A First 100 Days plan across four quadrants, with milestones at days 30, 60, 90 and 100, exporting to Word and PDF. It also includes an intentions Tool: what you’re saying yes and no to in the new role.
Stakeholders
The people the new role depends on, plotted on a power and interest matrix, each with an engagement cadence.
How the platform works
Your Career Profile
Upload your CV, add your LinkedIn profile and answer a short survey, and Career Designer drafts your Career Profile. You choose which records to keep and edit them from there. Every Tool you work in then writes to the same profile. It opens with a summary of who you are professionally, keeps every version you save, and any earlier version can be restored.
You approve every change
AI drafts arrive as proposals beside what’s already there, showing what they drew on. You edit, accept or dismiss them. Only what you accept enters your Career Profile.
A coach in every Tool
The coach reads your Career Profile and the work in front of you, answers your questions and makes changes when you ask. The interface shows what it can read and what it can change.
Confidential
Your Career Profile is visible only to you. Your Career Design Assessment results are kept here too, and you can retake the assessment whenever you choose.
